Our bodies get all of its power source from our digestive tract, no wonder we need to eat to keep our bodies alive.
I love finding recipes online and then creating them in my own way. Often I will not have all of the ingredients suggested in the recipes so I improvise.
I love to recreate old dishes in to new ones!
Some days I look in to my fridge/ pantry and I think what can I make out of things that are near the end of their life and need a fresh idea so that they will get eaten.
You can be an amazing chef if you let go of being perfect!
Learn from others but also relax.
As long as it didn’t burn to a crisp you can still eat it! ( And a little charcoal can always add to the flavour, right?)
